Rosario+Vampire has a high quality harem, but it didn't even make the list.

I would refrain from even referring to Higurashi as a "harem" on the basis that only a couple of girls actually harbor any sort of romantic feelings toward the guy (in fact, one member from a set of twins harbors feelings for a completely different guy who may or may not be alive in most timelines)... plus, K1 is arguably not the main character anyway (that would be Rika). Still, in terms of a female cast, it's certainly one I'd like to have around (especially the aforementioned twins ^^).

At the risk of stating a recent anime, I honestly find Shukufuku no Campanella to be sadly underrated. I mean, sure, they weren't even trying to build up the harem, as the series pretty much started with the entire female cast intimately attached to the male lead almost instantly (dunno if the original eroge started the same way), but it seemed kinda funny, maybe even self-parodying, in a way. Plus, it's not like the girls weren't pretty damn cute, with a nice art-style to boot.

Oh true, his feelings towards Kuu-chan are definitely brotherly scope.

Doesn't mean that her feelings are fully the same way though. She gets just as jealous of the others as the active 3 (Tsukiumi, Kazehana and Musubi). Has already stated that when she grows up also wants to become his wife. While this could be attributed to the little kid syndrome of marrying mommy/daddy/big sister/big brother due to close ties is indeed open for discussion, but the possibility is there nonetheless.

He feels intimidated by Tsukiumi and Kazehana for different reasons, the former for the possibility of violence, the latter for her more adult wiles and living in a house where such things aren't allowed. (Meaning she'd fuck his brains out if given half a chance, but teasing him is oh so much fun as well. She doesn't just see him as his Father 2.0, but recognizes his strength, his abilities, even when he himself cannot see them.)

And Tsukiumi is just a classic Tsundere. Ashamed of her feelings, big ego and thus likely to resort to physicality to express her displeasure. A busty version of the Palmtop Tiger if you will. ;)

(I think we'd both agree that she'd go to pieces if something were to happen to Minato and it were somehow her fault/responsibility. The next character's suicide run for the MBI Tower would have nothing on what she'd do in her grief/anger and thirst for revenge for taking her Minato away from her.)

Homura, well the whole gender and free will thing aspect makes things confusing, so let's just go with friendship/being bro's.

Matsu considering her personality, she'd be perfectly happy if Miya rescinded the no Premarital Hankypanky ban, just so she could unleash her own plans which would end up with Misato getting more attention than his body can handle, with Matsu filming everything for latter perusal as well.

And yeah, he does have romantic feelings towards Musubi.

But at the end of the day the true bond between Sekirei and Ashkabi, and what a lot of the latter fail to understand, and it's also what boosts Minato's team so much more, than even their low numbers, is the aspect of Love.

Minato would die for his girls and Homura, and they'd die for him. And once you take the fear of death out of the equation.. That's when things get..... interesting.

But I believe he only harbors romantic feelings towards Musubi, the first Sekirei he met and formed a binding contract with as her Ashikabi.

This rivalry consists mostly out of holding shopping contests to decide who is allowed to sit next to Minato during meals, although Musubi hasn't lost once.

Besides from my point of view, she is the prettiest and sweetest of Minato's "harem" of Sekirei. And she honestly cares deeply about him more so than the rest of the female Sekirei. Yes, even more than Kusano or Tsukiumi, his so-called "legal wife" which sheannounced herself after being winged by him.

I want to point out in Sakura's Route

I think it's not that way, especially Sakura, which is 'a bit insane', she got jealous easily especially with Saber or even her servant (Rider).
In her route, if you made wrong choice, you'll get instant killed. ( either from her directly, her servants ( Rider or dark Saber ).

Shiki? his "harem" is always trying to kill each other, If someone has the perfect Harem that is Shiro, all them get along and don't have much problem sharing him

If you're talking about quantity then it's Kaede Rukawa of SLAM DUNK. Interestingly, Hanamichi Sakuragi is the anti-thesis of a Harem Master.
