Dengeki readers have been quizzed on which games they would most like to see benefit from the recent wave of game-to-anime adaptations.

Interestingly, Dengeki held the same survey in 2009 – and none other than Persona 4 came first, now due its own anime, as well as IdolMaster at 5th, suggesting that perhaps an anime for Persona 3 may may not be out of the question – although by now it seems Ace Attorney and Little Busters! will never be getting one.

I know that there is a fan anime that had to stop after the first episode because ZUN said told them to stop. But I really wish that there was a official anime.
Also it's nice to see Okami and God Eater there.
The enjoyment of Touhou is in the games. Those that badly want the touhou anime is because they just jumped on the Touhou series because it's so freakin' popular.
I only want Touho anime because of booletz.

I agree. While the games are fun, they wouldn't make a good anime.
There would've prolly been one if ZUN would agree to it but considering that he even disallowed a doujin anime, who knows.

Wasn't there an article on this very site explaining that an official anime was being produced...?
I'm a hardcore touhou fan myself, but I just can't imagine a Touhou anime. Reasons:
1) Touhou is too random. Each game and mangas have little to nothing to do with each other other than sharing some of the characters.
2) Touhou has tons of characters. Making a story for all of really hard(let alone hiring all the voice actresses)
3) Just like most of the other game->anime adaptations, most likely it would be crap.
4) Touhou is ZUN's work. An anime would require lots of people. Most of fan works are already pretty shitty(including that anime, had an ok art but no substance). And then there would be corporate influence from the anime studio/publisher/TV station/sponsor. It's just not touhou anymore.
I want to see them turn "Silent Hill" into an anime series...
Preferably by the same people who made the animated "Devil May Cry" series, since I love the style...
(I would also love it if they make it a fanonical crossover with various anime show...
