The admirers of this perfectly proportioned goddess have used their finely honed virgin senses to determine two things – that she is most probably Taiwanese, and that she has been the recipient of the attentions of a master surgeon.

As the images apparently found their way to 2ch by way of the Chinese language Internet rather than by her directly posting them (although it is not clear where the spectacular amateur pictured actually originates from, as the pictures are now quite well circulated for obvious reasons), it seems they are at the very least right about one thing.
