The trailer probably aired before some other unrelated anime (or trailer), and whoever did the video capture didn't cut it early enough. That doesn't look like it would be a clip from anything Eva related.
All I can say is they had better give us some proper Auska fanservice in the third movie. They gave the Rei fans a nice big eye full in the first movie, but the Auska fans only got cocktease bullshit in the second.
The fanservice will involve what is (not) behind the eye patch.

Well, Asuka was sealed away, since she was infected by an Angel, if i recall my memory correct.
