never to be released is English i already know the routine. Somehow we got Graces F but i guess it was planetary alignment back then, chance of it's striking again with Xillia is 0. i don't care about tales any more because clearly they don't care about us.
I approve of a Tales game going out of its way to be intensely sexy to draw in more players. Finally they're getting with the program.

This is hitting Australia next month. If they're actually going out of their way to sub/dub it in English, then it seems like an American release is a pretty distinct, though distant, possibility.
And if not, who cares. Import it from Australia and enjoy it in english.

@14:28 wut... AS does not stand for Australia lol. It's an Asian (HK) version which is exactly the same as the Jap one but cheaper and comes with a little slip that explains game controls in Chinese/English.
All our (Australian) versions are just US versions repackaged and usually released later.

Picture 11 looks like someone gave Jade from Tales of the Abyss fox ears and 63'd him.
Xilia has some of the worst character designs in an JRPG I've seen in years. It seems to take every single bad anime design cliche and rev it up tenfold. I can't really believe it's Fujishima, considering his past Tales designs (esspecially those for Vesperia) are fucking gorgeous and the characters look actually interesting.
Yes. The designs really do look ugly. Don't people realize this? When they showed the first trailers, it seemed like they were going to do new things and make it way prettier. And instead, we get the garish, most ugly anime tropes.

It's the same HD design they had since Vesperia and it is serving it's purpose. Also, this is an anniversary game, so they have both of the major character designers working on the game. Quit your yapping or make it better.
