The question is, doest they have vaginas? All it takes is to integrate Fleshlight(tm) inside them. So why not?
Most of these dolls are likely smaller, or at least skinnier, than fleshlights... So unless you have a doll-sized penis to fit in that doll-sized vagina, you're out of luck.

They're probably all custom. I'll admit there is something vaguely beautiful about these dolls, but I think I'll hold out for proper Virtual/Augmented Reality rigs and virtual waifu.

They are basically custom made by people who found the right pieces to make it look like the characters we like. There is a company open in the USA that makes the dolls in Japan with a little searching you should have no problem finding them. Its the 2,000 to 5,000 dollars (that was 3 years ago) to buy a fully built one you might have a problem with.
