Lolicon Teacher Kidnaps 11-Year-Old in Tokyo Car Chase

lolicon-paradise.jpg

A teacher who attempted to kidnap a schoolgirl with the intent of assaulting her has been arrested after a police car chase through the streets of Tokyo.

The 33-year-old Kawasaki elementary school teacher randomly plucked an 11-year-old girl off the streets of Tokyo one afternoon whilst she was on her way to a local swimming pool, threatening her with a knife and forcing her into the back of his car after binding her hands with tape, at which point he drove off.

Fortunately, a passer-by noticed the attack after hearing the girl’s screams and called police. As he was able to recall the car’s details, including part of its license plate, police were able to rapidly locate the car before it had got 400m from the scene of the crime.

The teacher resolved to flee, and police gave chase for a further kilometre, at which point his vehicle’s progress was blocked by another car, allowing police to arrest him whilst he was stopped. The girl was rescued unharmed.

He admits kidnapping the girl with the intent of indecently assaulting her, saying “I wanted to use my camera to take pictures of a little girl naked.” Whether this is all he intended is of course a matter of some doubt.

He had taught for several years at a Kawasaki elementary school, having worked at juku prior to this, and the school reports nothing untoward about his time working for them – although it seems unlikely they would admit to having noticed anything under the circumstances.

The local school board gave the usual boilerplate apology and hints that he might even lose his job:

“If true, it is most inexcusable. After establishing the facts of the matter we would like to take appropriate action.”

If there's no grass on the field, play on the mounds. If there's no mounds, just kidnap her and take pictures.

After but so long, I'd suppose the fapping just wasn't enough for them. Japan should focus on doing thorough interviews/psych reviews of their teachers instead of banning loli anime/manga.

That's a pretty one sided view.
Can you explain child abuse and all other abuses from the previous century when anime/manga weren't as prominent OR a few more centuries back where there was NO manga/anime at all?

Child abuse has been around since the beginning of civilization, just not as well noticed because there was no such thing as 'television' back then...

Saying a medium such as manga/anime promoting the act of paedophilia is purely and surely just looking for something else to blame rather than the individual themselves (p.s. research HAD NOT proven that loli hentai upped the rate of child abuse anywhere, has it?) :\

Go do yer research before spouting nonsense.

I question if there are laws against children wandering alone in Japan? at least in certain cities? Recently even Illinois in the US has enforced this, children can't be outside alone without supervision past a certain time. Why can't they pass simple things like this? You get money out of fines too, silly governments.

No there are no laws against Children walking alone in japan. Do you know why? Because you basiclly walk everywhere in japan, and your parents can't always be with you. The fact that something like this happened is irrelevant because of the rarity. So saying there should be laws like that is completely adhering to the fear of Bogeymen.

The end of the free-range children. Really, laws like that make me mad. There should not be a law for common sense, sure, however when I was a kid I was out all the time and my parents were not with me 24/7. Why? Easy, it was safer.

If we, as a society, really make an effort to find a better solution to this predators everything would be better. Instead they get some short sentence, get out by promising they will take a "medicine" every day, and off they go to be repeat offenders if not to commit worse.

Really, if you get a repeat offender (from a serious one, not the parents that don't want their 16 y/o daughter to go out with the 18 y/o neighbor) they should get rid of their manhood or be put down. Problem solved.

Yes, teaching children to handle firearms safely at a young age is as vital as teaching them not to drink things under the sink and to stop, look, and listen when crossing streets.

It is this kind of liberal pussification and their quest to deprive individuals of responsibility and liberty that is the cancer to modern society.

Well first, lovely how you assume I am American. The educational system is not a consequence of firearms but a problem of the educational system in itself. Or do you want to ban knives because they are dangerous in the wrong hands as well?

Learning how to handle firearms responsibly is easier then learning karate or riding a bike. Teach children the consequence of firearms and proper handling. And they will be able to protect themselves just as any sane and responsible human being.

And need I remind you that non-pedos significantly outnumber pedos. Arming the populace is arming a thousand people against each pedo.

Now the whole thing is stupid... No child should handle a gun (or knife)!
That child starts a fight with another then its a gun fight, or if that one is the only one with a gun then is murder over a fucking toy...
Riding a bike ain't that hard (unless you can't by now, then you're a failure), and getting hit by a car is easier to prevent than kids shooting each other...
I got threatened to be shot because I kicked some guy's ass since he thought he can beat me (since I'm a girl).
I see enough of that gun toting shit in Jersey and to read some dumb shit like "children should learn to use guns"?
Do you know how many teens get shot up here because the cops ASSUME that the average black male under twenty carries a gun? TOO FUCKING MANY!!!! And you'd condone younger children to have a type of fire arm?

Part of the RESPONSIBILITY of owning a firearm is having the proper judgement of where, when, and when NOT to shoot.

Current-day teens aren't learning this responsibility partly due to poor parenting, and partly due to current social/governmental structure which encourages IRresponsibility.

"Oh, poor baby, it's not really your fault, you'll have to go to an 'anger management' course and serve 30 days community service."

    Uh-uh.

In the "pioneer days" it was the norm in the US for teenagers to carry guns (and be married).

So, you got drunk at the saloon, started an argument, shot and killed some guy? You'd be hung as a murderer.

That's the "consequences" portion of "responsibility".

Interestingly, Texas does not issue concealed carry permits to 11-year-olds (their lower limit is 21) and otherwise anyone approaching within 1,000 feet of a school with a firearm is likely committing a federal felony - thus she and her parents would likely have been arrested in his place had your amusingly facetious scenario taken place.

    Comment by Dark Mage
    11:05 05/08/2011 # ! Neutral (0)

The law is not within 1000 feet of a school that would be stupid beyond reason it's no firearms on school grounds.

The 1000 feet rule is for drug offenses that if someone is caught dealing drugs or running a methlab within 1000 feet of a school it will carry a worse longer sentence.
Usually an extra 3 to 5 years on top of what the offense normally would have carried.
In some states this also includes sex offenders cannot live with in 1000 feet of a school.
But the law generally does more harm then good where it's present.

I don't think 11 year olds should be allowed to carry anything beyond an air rifle but pepper spray or a taser could have helped here.
