They can. Once. Unless you want to stay alive, in which case, not really.
To be honest, taking just the one frame out of context shouldn't be done. In animation, animators tend to exaggerate motions because a common problem when animating is that what seems like a realistic motion on paper, unexaggerated, tends to be subdued.
In the context of the scene in the anime, the motion is quick and within a battle scene, where the quick and generally unseen exaggeration makes the entire motion a lot better.

I'm going to disagree. The Chinese ripoff's of anime in general are way better than those images ironically. But some of those up there are shopped anyway.
on the last ep of Witch Hunter Robin, there's a guy walking on the street missing half his head.
on ep 3 or 4 of Hanasaku Iroha they missed a few frames of a person getting in a car, it basically starts to get in the car and then poof! out of sight.

I'd like to add Maids In Dreams episode 2, during the sex scene in the bathroom (or was it the one in the room), the girl's leg got cut off in the middle of the screen.
Oh yea, and Hanekawa's magical length shifting sleeves in Bakemonogatari episode 8 during the Bookstore scene. Then again, SHAFT always fix them in the BD.
the malik faces i dont see a problem with them, actually they potry the madness quite good, and the gurren lagann episode pretty much was intended, also other than minamike, index2 and akikan the scenes of the other series are taken from very specific frames, wich just makes the title an exageration.

If Homura moved Sayaka, it's certainly possible that she also moved Kyouko while she was at it. Maybe she rotated them both around, and that's the alley's other wall, or just moved them further down the alley to add some distance between them and Madoka. : )
Why would she need to move Kyouko as well? You know... besides to steal her pantsu.

Juza (Hokuto no Ken) is really THAT flamboyant-looking in the old-school anime...But he can rip people to shreds with his nails and is the MANLIEST 'gay' in the show...
And we're talking about Hokuto no Ken here, so never judge a flamboyant-man by his looks (and yes, he's straight and has a HUGE female harem)...

They intentionally made Marik's (Yu-Gi-Oh!) face like that and if you've seen the anime, you know he's bloody possessed (and even does 'things' with his tongue that would make any hooker jealous)...
You should see him in the manga, ho ho...
Yea Marik is supposed to look that whacked out. It was nice seeing the bright side of yugioh get almost as wierd and messed up as the origonal yugioh.
