I want a figure of the mother of the MC.
Man... ever since "that" news, all I can think of when I see MM is:
A cliffhanger that will never be resolved.
A cliffhanger that will never be resolved.
A cliffhanger that will never be resolved.
WILL.
NEVER.
BE.
RESOLVED.
Of all series, why did Author Existence Failure have to happen to MM? T_T
You mean the author died? o.O I missed that particular bit of news...
Ok, I just read about it.... man that sucks. :( If anything, I hope that maybe this will increase the chances of a continuation in his honor.
wheres the bat with a ribbon? i dont want that fan!!
Loving this figure, I say it's a buy, for me anyway...

NOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My inner Mazo is telling me to buy this. :3
What an adorable bitch~
Ughh. I really need to find a new job with a 10x higher salary....
Is it strippable?
i remember waiting for this anime...it was one of those days when i just didnt have anything else to do, so i searched for something new...something S&M...and then i found it. it was about 4 months and then finally...it was here. i really enjoyed his work. i dont know, i feel sad when i think about this. i just hoped for a second season...and now...even if someone other picks up his work...i dont really think it will be the "same"...:/
i love MIO!!! too bad the author killed himself, i wanted more anime.. :(
Is that confirmed? I remember at the time they never said how he died.
Sites will say whatever shit to get hits. Then dimwits will use "sources" and copy the same crap. You can easily say the mangaka died from a sex marathon if you wanted to.
after reading like 3 separate anime news webpages, they just decided that he actually killed himself, his family also said that a few weeks before his death he was just talking about getting himself killed, and btw japan is one of the biggest suicide countries on earth, it's pretty normal to think about killing yourself because life is very tough over there.
Seem's to be the land of pressure in all aspects of life. :(
There is no proof it was a suicide. It is all speculation.
Not that it would be impossible to consider since being a novelist/manga artist is downright near slave-work for majority of the creators. Either way, I'll miss the fact that MM! didn't get to properly finish.
yeap, i've been there myself, and in my perspective there's only 2 kind's of societies, the poor (the ones that live on the country side) and the perfectionist's (the ones who live in tokyo and kyoto). If you're a mangaka who has to come up with a story and you have a 3 year contract with a great company, there's no way you can cancel that contract, you must get yourself together and demonstrate your professionalism, after you commit a "stupid act" everyone get's to know it(companies, friends, colleages) then you wont get a contract ever again "nowhere", the pressure of that kind of society (perfect society) is what causes you to kill yourself and people like us to say wow japan is so technologically cool...when they are actually begging for mercy.
I have no pity for suicide, but I did enjoy his work; and will thus miss it.
In a year from now is anyone even gonna remember that mm! was a manga or anime?
it was neither at first. It was a light novel.
my point is its entirely forgettable
There are always hardcore fans.
