Though one of my personal favorites would be Saya from the original Blood the Last Vampire Movie. That was the shit.
Evangeline is also quite awesome. Took me awhile to figure out that she has the same seiyuu as Tsuruya-san from Haruhi.
Seems Abel Nightroad of Trinity Blood didn't make it on the list. I like him because he drinks Vampire blood instead of human blood although he still a Vamp.
