Finally I can start watching this show. I'd seen the first 3 or 4 episodes and gave up to the censoring. I was expecting it though; did the same thing with the first season.

Frankly, if I was a publisher I would make it worse, just as a slight towards Ishihara.
Do you really think they are thinking of Ishihara when they put this together? Fanservice is about money. Fanservice tends to be a lot easier to put together than a good story and if they can put it together in such a way that it is not officially considered 'hentai' then they can air it and get a lot more money.
