Untrue prejudiced statement. I myself don't actually like vapid moe stuff for the most part (with some exceptions), but it's a fact that a lot of them are strangely free of sexy scenes. To Love Ru is obviously the tops for that though. Something like Denpa Onna, which has exactly one panty shot in the entire series, doesn't really qualify. That show's more focused on setting new records for adorable cuties than sexiness, although there are a few leggy shots at least.

I just watch them since their take on sexuality is just a pure artform and they literally take it everywhere. It's kind of artistic how sadistic/salacious Seikon and Queen's Blade can take it.
