Personally, I agree with the first two. However, some other parts of the list may have been occupied by other animes that really deserved it.
Even though I don't care for K-ON it does have some decent music... actually, most of these do actually have good music... first list I might actually agree with... but I'm sure I'm missing some other good animes that I'm not thinking of right now...

No matter how much I try to enjoy that opening song, I can't, and it's because of exactly what you said. Random piano playing trying to be cool but doesn't even fit the rest of the series. I picture two kids sitting at the piano, pounding away at some random keys. (While their father is trying to sleep)
