Anal Hose Murder Jailers Escape Jail

nagoya-prison.jpg

Japan’s Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of two jailers for murdering a prisoner by discharging a fire hose into his rectum – not that they will be going to jail themselves, as both had been given suspended sentences.

The original incident occurred in 2001 in Nagoya Prison. Two jailers sought to punish one of the inmates under their control. They had him drop his drawers and lie down, at which point they discharged a fire hose into his anus.

The prisoner died the next day from septic shock as a result of the rectal injuries he sustained in the attack.

They were soon prosecuted, though for “abuse of civil service authority resulting in death or injury” rather than murder, a crime which on paper carries heavier sentences than its ordinary equivalent of manslaughter, with a maximum of 15 years imprisonment.

They were found guilty despite their arguments that it was only “an act of punishment,” with one sentenced to a 3 year prison sentence sentence suspended for 4 years, and the other to 14 months suspended for 3 years, meaning both escaped actual prison time.

Their next move was to appeal the verdict, but this backfired and the new verdict actually resulted in slightly harsher sentences of 3 years suspended for 5 years and 18 months suspended for 3 years.

They appealed this as well, eventually resulting in the Supreme Court’s latest verdict, which dismissed the appeal and upheld the heavier sentences.

As both men are civil servants and have now been convicted of a crime, the state is now legally obliged to fire them, apparently the most severe punishment they will ever face.

The same prison was found at fault in 2002 after two prisoners died from being improperly restrained (the accused guards insist they “fell down” and are currently appealing), and has also been criticised by Amnesty International for conducting group strip searches of inmates.

you'd think prisoners would be used to this treatment as they... "Drop the Soap" quite a bit.

You can lift a car with just the water pressure. A CAR. They did it on mythbusters once. now imagine the same force hitting your insides and ripping your guts, your arteries, not to mention all the bacteria it's pushing into your system. Infection? psh. ask any med student and they'll tell you no one, NO ONE, dies within 1 day of infection. He bled to death.

...You have no idea how powerful a hose is, don't you? And it's an non-stopping source of water, so it's water continuetly flowing into the victim's rectum. At great speed.

Just... use your logic for once in your life.

Probably yep, all cops around the world are pretty much the same type of bastards as what you can see here. I won't extend this comment to talking about Malaysian so-called Anti-Corruption Enforcers since that will take me a week to write down their everlasting list of dirty schemes.

Yep, most prisons are full of the worst and they are usually the keepers of the jails not the ones sent to it. How about those two can have their probation free jail sentences if they can walk away from the same treatment that they gave the guy that died. That would be fair. Here in the USA, the corrupt Judges and Former Police Cheifs who murder people to win cases have victems and their family members sent to jail for some false charge where the witness always dies with in a week. Of like toilet paper shoved down the throat or hanged by their own belt, which of course, isn't allowed in there in the 1st place. Obvious clue.

Uh what? Hate to tell you, but most of those 'worst' are created by the prisons themselves and jailers treating them as 'trash' instead of as living humans.

Personally, in this case? The people in question should have been given a sentence of life in prison.

I do remember a study being done sometime ago to see what is the root cause of behavior in prisons. Seems it's psychologically inevitable for most people to become corrupt when put in complete control of a group of people with little to no rights and very little way to tell on you without you being able to find out immediately.

Let's not forget that 'working in the government' kind of means you can get be excused of all sorts of atrocities.

This reminds me of that Rainbow anime show. Seems overt jail cruelty is still alive and well in Japan.

Good on civil rights groups to look into this.

An eye for an eye is the LEAST any logical lawful punishment system should do.

If it is as it stands in Japan's system of an EYEBROW(getting fired) for an eye(robbing a man of his life), one can rob MULTIPLE people of their eye (and screw up the how many years of life they have ahead) without proper repercussion.

    That, is just bullshit.

It is you who are missing the point. The idea behind this expression is about the endless cycle of revenge. If you "take somene's eye" in revenge, then they themselves would be inclined to "take your other eye" leaving you both blind and hungry for revenge. That's why everyone ends up blind and not one eyed.

*puts on a pair of reading glasses but it falls off his helmet*

    Story time~

"Later that day, when the two guards were driving home from court, they were suddenly aware that a heavy fog has rolled in and covered the highway...

After a minute of driving in the dense fog, they found a sign on the right side of the road as the fog slightly parted...

    The sign read:

"Welcome to Silent Hill - Nagoya Branch"

Their car engine then suddenly died and they were forced to wander into the strange fog-filled foreign town...

A few minutes of wandering and they suddenly notice a loud grating noise behind them, prompting them to turn around...

There, 10 meters behind them was a muscular, tall figure clad in a dirty apron with a crimson, metallic, triangular helmet coated in rust and blood where his head should be...

But that was not what made their faces pale in horror...It was what he was carrying...

A gigantic, rusty fire-hose he was dragging behind him, with the ridiculously long cord (that stretched far back into the fog) made from some kind of rubbery-metal hybrid almost like the scales of a dragon, that made the noise...

The head of the fire-hose looked like a warped version of the one they used to kill a certain inmate in their prison, with a draconic design and glowing an eerie crimson as if freshly forged from bristling fire in a blacksmith's metal works...

The figure opened the fire-hose...And searing flames came out instead of water...

Thus, began their torment in the town of Silent Hill - Nagoya Branch..."

    The End~

Can you point out on a map just where this single continent of "America" is? The last time I checked, there was one continent called "North America" and another called "South America." Those are two different continents though, not the northern and southern areas of one.

North America is Canada, USA and Mexico (Some will say it's not part of it, but go investigate a map before commenting).
