Yeah, from the second picture in the gallery forward, I immediately saw the very noticeable flaw & probably only flaw here, make up application, that much mascara was not needed at all, hell, I don't even know if she needed any what so ever, still 1 of the best cosplay attempts of her otherwise, though...

I think she should either smile wider or keep her mouth closed. That half open with teeth look combined with too much makeup makes her look like a creepy clown.

Not like people who are criticizing some sport team's performance are actually even playing said sport (or have even ever played).
Definitely way too much eyeliner. If you want to stay true to character, when did Madoka ever put on anything? If she did, it wouldn't be to such extremes.
Speaking of "true to character", there's pretty much nothing in these photos that feels like Madoka except possibly the last shot.
