Suicide Boy Saved by Stranger’s Kiss

A boy threatening to throw himself to his death has been rescued by a girl who tricked bystanders into thinking she was his girlfriend so as to get close, at which point she embraced and kissed him, allowing his rescue.
Chinese media reports the 16-year-old boy mounted a Guandong province pedestrian bridge, intending to cast himself off and to his death.
Witnessing this, a 19-year-old woman told bystanders she was in fact his girlfriend, and was allowed to approach the suicidal lad in order to talk him down. The pair had never met before.
Rather than a lengthy remonstration with the agitated boy, she soon opted for a more direct approach, embracing the boy and kissing him.
The pause allowed rescue workers to rush forward and drag him to safety, ending the drama.
The boy’s suicidal impulse is said to have stemmed from family troubles – divorced parents, a sickly elder sister and withdrawal from school all contributed to his low spirits, it is said.
The Chinese media and Internet has feted the young woman, who works the front desk at a local hotel, for her bravery and initiative. She only says she “wanted him to recognise the foolishness of his act, as I’ve done foolish things myself.”

This is nothing like densha otoko,what makes you think like that? It's more like this drama (forgot the title) where a young man and a young women meet through preventing a mature man to commit suicide at the railroad tracks... Densha Otoko has to do something with bravery, not common sense (the girl acted sly but not brave since she didn't rescue the boy himself but the security grabbed him...)

I'd prefer they change it to a girl and make it into a slice of life yuri anime. That would rule.
They could also make the girls younger, tsunderes, one of them a bratty rich kid, and the other a chubby sadist.

I'm pretty much sick of the love triangle archetype. Everything that follows afterwards is often just stereotypical drivel.
You don't need a third wheel to make an enticing and engaging story. If you do, you lack imagination.
Love triangles are terrible.
It always ends with either a harem ending or the protagonist choosing the wrong girl.

A year later...
The boy that was trying to kill himself is now dating with his savior, his parents finally divorced but he moved to live with her so he's really happy, her sister illness was cured after some unknown person pay the medical expenses for the surgery, he also finish school and now is waiting to start university because he get a full schoolarship at medicine.
On his first day of university, his now "savior" wife accompanied him, and when he's almost inside she hug him and give him a passionate kiss, just like the one that save his life...now giving him some hope.
On the way back to her appartment, the newlywed buy some groceries and while smiling she muttered...
"....just as planned".

Not in this case I bet. The young woman thought it was only her duty to save him, by whatever means necessary. That alone makes the woman deserve a medal.
