Actually Zelda Williams is older than Oot, so Robin Williams must have named her after playing the original.

I haven't heard that opinion, actually. All I heard was that the no glasses 3d thing could hurt your eyes. Either way, I think it's kind of cute to see a girl get that excited over a game. Probably because it's one of my favorite games of all time. As a side note: I feel like a bad person because if it was an ugly girl going crazy over a game, I would most likely condemn her behavior in some way.
