I mostly enjoyed it, except when it got into standard shounen "make a 10 minute fight take 3 episodes" territory. Despite that, Yuki Onna can make snowcones of my cum any day.

Despite the fact that it has Yoko Hikasa, I'mma skip it. The only 'band' Hikasa is in that I'm willing to waste cash for is Houkago Tea Time. That is all.

Have you not seen the brief clip for the theme song where all five voice actresses pranced around doing dance moves typical of Nickelodeon singalong programs meant for children below 5 years old? Not to mention the substandard pop song.
This shit with AKB-wannabe seiyuu pop groups need to stop. Unfortunately, them bitches don't have much choice because being young means they get paid jackshit and have to rely on side activities like photoshoots and singing. Still can't help bitching about it though, because Aki Toyosaki and Minako Kotobuki both are stuck being in that shitty pop act 'Sphere' instead of going further with the rest of the K-ON cast and become full-fledge rock band.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjyuu is an anime ANN would typically hound to the 7th layer of hell but it has a special place for me.
Back in high school, my class was the lowest in rank. We had to be called to the principal's office at least once every fucking month, and one of my bros were busted possessing porn in school. Hypocrite teachers had the lowest expectations and worst treatments toward us and the nerd always leered at us with disgust.
Yet our class scored most all-A earners in our stream during national exam, and most of us got jobs within months of graduating university. 3 are completing their Masters around this year. I being the most stupid and lowest underachiever still got away with 3.6 CGPA, and I'm glad to say that we managed to pull through that hell because we had each other, and not the two-faced, politics-obsessed teachers.
So, watching this anime would be like watching an idealized reinterpretation of my highschool years, though at least Yoshii had a cool grandma...

Cool story! And yeah, unfortunately, grades are incredibly politicized as a 'thing' that professors, teachers and students keep chasing after. Believe it or not, the cram was even worse in Japan. Some kids even taking career-altering exams so they could get into a good junior high.. just insane.
I like BakaTest, but maybe they need to tone down on the novel passages and the 'splash words on screen for a millisecond' thing. I hated it when Zetsubou Sensei did it too, but that was more like nano-seconds of words.

Manyuu Hikenchou peaks my interests. I'll watch Baka to Test 2!, R-15 and The Idolm@ster most likely also. I always pick a couple of more up, one which will surprise me that I turned out to like it.
I only hope Nurarihyon no Mago is as good as the manga.
iirc its the second season, i actualy watched the anime first before starting to follow the manga.
The first season actually does get as good as the manga, but it is only until after they change the opening you'll see it, as they started using better animation, music; and other small details that made it more enjoyable. If you've already read the manga, I recommend watching from the second op onwards :P

if you're looking for action, gore, ecchi, harem, muscly manly dude, or some slice of life moeblob girls, then this is not the anime you're looking for!

It's complicated, people come here to catch up on ecchi shows and complain that they are too moe and fan service riden. Then they fap to it.
just search for some hentai forgodsakes!! don't expect ecchi on an anime, unless you can handle the light beams, or the framed animals on all the H part!!
