I'm disappointed about the hate comments I hear all to often about Aya. Sure, she's a bit crazy and has some definite issues to work out but that doesn't change the fact that she's a damned good voice actress. The whole singing and live action career is really unnecessary because she was born to use her voice talent for anime. So enough complaints about the things she isn't exactly cut out for in the first place. If they ever decide to continue the Haruhi series in anime form, I would be devastated if they had to find a new seiyuu.
Tottaly agree with that. I don't care what Aya does,nor what some idiots say about her, she is a great Seiyuu.

I agree also. In my world Aya Hirano is the voice of Haruhi Suzumiya and that means I don't care what stupid stuff happens with her. Just like Charlie Sheen actually; they better not ever think of replacing her for Haruhi's voice in any future anime.
And Mel Gibson was a good actor but people don't stop trashing him.

Sure. It's a funny cycle how they suddenly start feeling generous due to their own destructive behaviors. Which is kind of cool in a way.
But no way if these Otakus thinks Aya's breakdown is something like the Hollywood types. Hollywood stars seems to do crashing-down in a larger scale.
People commit mistakes.
This is SanCom. Hating on Aya Hirano and complaining about "Top X Things" list is what we do. It's who we are. To do otherwise would go against our nature.
And besides that, for the most part, all of the "hate" for her is done out of love. We enjoy her VA work, but feel all of the other crap she's involved with(the variety stuff and her Twitter antics mainly) tarnishes that somehow, and it's upsetting to us. The hate we show is simply an expression of that.

Hmm... I'm siiting here trying to figure out why my comment was downed. She does do good VA, and people do complain about her other interests. Maybe people took it as insulting, but that certainly wasn't the intention. I DO like her, but still have enough sense of humor to poke fun on occasion, though it's never serious. Perplexing...

She didn't win "Best Newcomer (female)" & "Best Main Character (female)" awards by accident she deserve it and me perconally love her acting/voice and I find her very talented, so can all this hate stop plz?
