49-Year-Old Tricks Schoolgirl into Sex with Schoolboy Ruse

A 49-year-old man has been arrested after “tricking” a 13-year-old girl into having sex with him by pretending to be a schoolboy whilst arranging an encounter with her, and then saying “my son couldn’t come, I’m his father” when it came to closing the deal.
The 49-year-old Osaka factory worker used a mobile phone dating site to arrange a paid sexual encounter with a local 13-year-old girl hawking herself on the site, claiming he was a boy at middle-school.
When it came to the meet-up however, he simply claimed that “my son couldn’t come – I’m his father.”
The girl seems to have either believed him or (perhaps more likely) was simply in it for the money and did not care who she had to have sex with to get it – she went along with the man to a love hotel and the pair sealed the deal.
The man also decided to make a record of his antics, and filmed their encounter using his mobile phone.
However, when the matter eventually came to the attention of police this resulted in them elevating the charges from the enjo-kousai gold standard of “committing indecent acts with a minor” to the much juicier “manufacturing child pornography,” charges he admits to.
As ever, the aspiring young prostitute escaped any charges.
It is not clear whether the man actually had a son, although in Japanese “son” also happens to be slang for “penis,” so he may have been telling the truth after all…
