I wouldn't say it's low budget. I mean look at their gallery compared to other cosplayers. They go full out with their costumes and even have a studio to work in with good photography.
But I do notice the shoes o.o;

It does seem lower quality than some of the cosplays I've seen her do.
Still a great job though.
She fits Elsie perfectly.
That's pretty much what I was thinking. Besides, the first shoes fit pretty damn well, and I've seen lots of idols and such wearing shoes (usually heels) that looked quite a bit bigger than their feet.
The shoes were actually of the right size according to my friend. It was just that because of the slope of the shoes and the nature of the fabric used for the socks (quite frictionless), the feet kept sliding forward leaving the space near the heal.
The cosplay is exceptionally awesome, she looks so cute.. though, for some reason I just don't get the vibe of Elsie in some of them...

It's more like she looks more normal in this cosplay then usual, I don't feel an anime vibe when looking at her, I get the impression at times that she doesn't even have that much makeup on & just seems to have clean & vibrant skin, umm......
Basically, I feel like she is more natural in this cosplay then in all her other cosplay I mean besides mascara, it doesn't look like she is wearing much makeup...
