I mostly like the ones on this list (especially Taiga, Fumino, Kirino, and Hinagiku, not necessarily in that order), but the lack of Rin Tohsaka deeply saddens me. She may have acted a bit more kuudere in the anime, but in the VN and the movie she was classic tsundere, and working that grade S Zettai Ryouiki and hottie seiyuu Kana Ueda to a T--she's the damned poster girl for tsundere on tv tropes. She's in my top 3 anime girls full stop, let alone tsundere.
I don't really think Azunyan fits here, her "tsun" moments didn't come off as "barely concealing affection" but more "annoying busybody tendencies she can't suppress temporarily subsuming her natural moe power." But then Yui stuffed cat ears on her and all was well.

Here here. It's also noticeable that all lists usually only have current characters that make the top anything. Makes you realize how shallow fans can be on their interests. Pun not intended.

Ah, yes. Considering their respective personalities, I had rather expected Saber's insides to look like dolphins swimming in the Lifestream and Rin's to be hungry dwaggins and molten lava (yet still so few polygons).
