The mechanical counterpart to the periodic table of anime characters has emerged – the Periodic Table of Giant Robots, cataloguing most if not all of the impressive yet totally impractical mecha which are to to modern Japanese conceptions of manliness what gun-toting beefcakes are to American aesthetics.

Sinanju (Sn/Tin) next to Sazabi (Sb/Antimony).
HyoRyu (Ho/Holmium) next to EnRyu (Er/Erbium).

I haven't seen the original series but I do think Kamen Rider isn't a robot, but he was experimented to be a cyborg. Robots are 100% machine while cyborgs aren't.

Kamen Rider is a cyborg. It comes pretty, PRETTY close to one.
As far as the details go, Kamen Riders are "modified human" to be exact, so not really sure they can even be refered as cyborg..
If you-ve seen enough of the original series or the manga (especially the manga), you'd know "modified human" is pratically the in-series term for "cyborg". Not even the Shocker Kaijin escape, since they're remodeled humans made monsters and given animal abilities through the sole use of machinery.
