She's too pale,... Nao if she had a better tan or pigmentation, then the light & shadows would bring out her curves much much better.
How ever from a tactical perspective, this version has too much "frills" dangling, to get tangled up in when in actual combat. Or for an enemy to grab and exploit to her disadvantage.

Everything is bland. Her pose is unnatural and stiff and her facial expression is like that of a corpse.
I wouldn't buy it.
The only redeeming factor is the flow of her hair and the material, which is nicely done, the rest is average.
Also, that's not the proper way to hold sai.
Blame it on Yamashita designs, which are already cookie cutter to the extreme (based on his artbooks)
