None except maybe Marimite are true yuri shows in the specific genre..
If we're talking specifics, there's Aoi Hana, Sasameki Koto, Simoun, Blue Drop. And then there's the icon of all yuri shows, Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Revolutionary Girl Utena is on the list, so it's not just Marimite that's correctly listed.
K-ON has no business being on the list though.

Substantial yuri *subtext*, but it's awesome anyway so watch it.

It has lesbian(s) but it's hard to say it's really about yuri, it's hard to say what it is really about at all.
15. Nanoha, eventually falls into this.
Mnemosyne is not on my list because I haven't watched it yet.
Yuri Hentai is EXTREMELLY RARE. Theres a shit load of rape, quite some kilos of futa, but just a few grams of regular yuri:
Good yuri hentai would be Shoujo Sect and Hanabira.
There is also enough yuri in Moonlight Lady that I would recommend it. Also Ho-Ta-Ru-Ko but fastforward the guro stuff.
Not that the ones on the list don't provide good yuri fodder, specially Madoka and K-On, and I'll add Lucky Star which has Hiyori/Yutaka/Minami and "Konami".
But that requires the use of special goggles.

The goggles do quite a bit this time. I've always said that yuri is in the eye, and the heart, of the beholder.
At last, someone mentioning Simoun. I suppose it could be argued on a technicality that they aren't really lesbians, but apart from that no goggles (other than flying goggles) are required. I can't think of another anime that has incestuous lesbian rape either.

Yuri is lesbianism folks, not fantasies by fans of girls who happen to be close friends. Unless they got a relationship upgrade ON SCREEN, or characters stated on screen how they felt, it's not Yuri. So no K-ON, no Madoka.
Which begs the question why series that actually surrounded lesbianism aren't on the list. Shoujo Sect comes to mind. And Iono-Sama Fanatics. Or Mnemosyne.

For commercial and censorships reasons, massive series like Madoka is unable to show yuri explicitly.
