Top 10 Anime Most Hated by the Chinese

Chinese quizzed on which Japanese anime they hate the most supply a list topped off by such staples of otaku detestation as Death Note and Bleach, but also including the loveable moeblobs of K-ON!
The ranking, based on a 2011 survey of 3,000 Chinese men and women in equal numbers:
1. Death Note (6.1%)
2. Bleach (5.8%)
3. Initial D (5.5%)
4. Kuroshitsuji (5.2%)
6. Chibimaruko-chan (4.7%)
7. Crayonshin-chan (4.7%)
8. Captain Tsubasa (4.5%)
9. Code Geass (4.4%)
10. Sailor Moon (4.4%)
11. K-ON! (4.2%)
It should be noted that 47.7% did not particularly hate any anime at all.
Death Note is actually banned by the Chinese government for being harmful to the young, showing just how effective China’s state censorship is in preventing people from watching it, and just where Ishihara and company may have been getting their ideas.
Some differences between the sexes were also evident – men’s most hated anime were Chibimaruko-chan, Initial D and Bleach, whereas those of women were Death Note, Bleach and Kuroshitsuji.
On the other end of the scale, the least disliked anime were Conan at 45th with 1.7%, Doraemon at 44th with 2% and Ghibli anime at 43rd with 2.1%.
Of course, it hard to see any Japanese caring what the Chinese think about their anime – China in its infinite wisdom has banned Japanese anime from its TV networks and the vast majority of Chinese never pay for it in any case.

I think you should be posting on various reasons why there is such negative news about the Chinese government, I think that there is nothing to hate about the Chinese people for one. And for two, you don't really support your claim against the list itself.
It's pathetically obvious that anyone with half a brain knows that things that come out about public opinion is so altered by the government itself it's hard to tell where public opinion begins and the where the true opinion of ACTUAL people (not the "people" has the government of communist countries frames it, which is really just mindless politicians wanting to keep their luxury and power in check) and the political minded bureaucrats and those in power ends.

We do download anime, how else do you think we watch it? not everyone lives in Japan you know.
That being said, I've read articles where people, specially otaku in Japan accusing people who download anime destroy the business; but don't these otaku watch anime on TV and then go out and buy their favorite series when it comes out on sale.
Its the same thing with downloading, first you watch it the if you like it; you go out and buy it when it becomes available in your country. At least that's what I do. No one goes out and buys anime blindly not knowing what the series is about, not where I live; not in Japan either.
If that was the case then no company would bother to broadcast it on TV and would put it on sale as soon as it's created. Isn't broadcasting anime the same as advertising the product?
Besides, why ban anime, it's not like banning it is going to make any country's economy better or make the world a safer place. The last time I checked countries went to war when anime hadn't even been invented yet.

You know, raping, pillaging, theft, all in the name of the Party. But a person taking it into his own hands to change the world? Of course not...they might actually start thinking for themselves...or think they could actually change the power balance in China.
It's a dangerous thing when a show teaches people that they can make a difference...in good ways and bad. They might actually take that message and do something with it.

47.7% not hating anything in particular sounds like a miracle compared to what we've got in the West. Everybody here is eager to voice hate about some series or another, if not anime in general.
We tend to go "omfg ____ is so gay i fuckn hate _____ it sucks so hard!!!11" or "anime sucks, [some oddly mediocre show] is hte only good one bcuz it is HARDCORE"
