I want to see more Toradora, Railgun, Index, and K-ON! Goodness, I miss Kuroko and Taiga.
I don't see what you'd lose if you missed seeing K-ON... I feel Haruhi and Eva should be further up the list as well as Madoka at #1.

Berserk anime wasn't that good really. If this was a "must-read manga" list, then I would agree.
But I support GTO ^_^ that one is a good series
GTO should be on the list, so should Fooly Cooly. FLCL has what I would say is the single best anime soundtrack of all time. Plus it's a great coming of age story.
The anime was manic... It started awesome, promising good things to come. Then it cooled right down - ok, some exposition is good... still slow... slowing down... hang on, shouldn't something happen? Slowing down to farming-sim levels of excitement... Then woah, a twist! A ramp-up at the last minute! OH MY GOD, THIS IS AWESO- what do you mean it's over?!
The Berserk anime totally trolled me.
i couldn't even get passed ep3 of berserk. it sucked balls. the manga, however, rocks.
GTO for sure. Was the second anime I watched (not counting Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Digimon, etc.). That show was fucking epic
How did Angel Beats rank so highly? Not that I thought it was horrible. Surprised it beat Bakemonogatari

is Madoka really good? i only watch 1 episode, and decide it's not worth watching it.. so whats Madoka really about?
It's about why, in excruciating brutal detail, the premise in a magical girl show would never actually work. The ending let me down, but it's still well worth it for the run-up. Ep 10 was pretty epic.
Not sure if epic fits it but it was good nonetheless.
Just dont spoil it. Watch. What can you lose?
I still disagree with Type-A and B. I enjoyed various 'Type-A' animes and enjoyed various 'Type-B' animes. I love Lucky Star, yet I have a strong dislike for K-On. Also Index was way better then Railgun in every way.

Evangelion and gitama would be type a but allot of type b only like evang for asuka, to aru index and maybe angel would be in the middle, as for durarara, I stopped watching after like 2 eps so I can't be sure but i don't think it's type b either

Personally i don't believe K-ON deserves first place.There are Code Geass,Madoka,GTO and so forth.But i agree the rest are good maybe they don't all of em deserve places in top 10 but are good watches

More like it's overrated here. There are tons of better super robot shows.
Some people are rabid fans and talk about it all the time because it sounds so underground to like Gaogaigar compared to say, Trigun.

But it doesn't matter. The question and the criteria are so vague that the ranking is worthless anyway.
