What I don't understand is why they think they have to animate them like that. It was funny the first few times anime made breasts move like that several years ago, and Eiken was a perfect example of how it could be done well to lampoon itself, because that is the purpose. But it really lowers the anime when it feels it has to do that. You can actually make buxom characters somewhat respectable while being sexy if they made the breasts move like normal large breasts would. The moment an anime still-frame's anything but the breast secondary motion, it might as well stamp "B-Rated" on its title screen. Hopefully this one proves me wrong though...
I did love the sort of epic music on top of random scenes of nothing particularly epic happening. Like an ironic porno trailer or something.
