Wow. I didn't think the BRS designs couldn't get much better. It just might have. Maybe they can finally make a proper anime series if they get enough characters lined up?

She was in the OVA, though only briefly in that scene where she was watching something from a cliff.

She's that loli girl from the Basketball team who befriended and "snatched" Mato from Yomi. Note that she also became mentally unstable like Yomi in the end of the OVA.
Can't blame you, this character is only on the OVA for a few seconds, and the most you see of her is a dramatic shot from behind. But she is in there.
