Because it aired a few days ago. It's already been subbed.
I haven't see Ep12 yet but I was so dissapointed by Ep11 I wanted to weep tears of blood. WTF. Vampire Ninja Orchestra all dressed as maids out of nowhere? It was like the damn producers skipped 2-3 episodes because they ran out of money the plot was so ragged. The first part of the series was gold, GOLD I say. I haven't been this let down by a series in ages.

Yeah, I used to be a (paid) member of CR....but I haven't been now for a few years.
I catch all the newest anime on anime44, usually the same day it airs in Japan, and it's usually subbed in less than 24 hours after that ^_^
Plus it's a free (non-paid) site.
There are a few other sites that also air new anime within the same time-frame, but anime44 is by far the fastest to get them subbed.
Well there are exceptions when you do go to CR like doubling donations for Japan Earthquake %_%
That said Sucksucksubs = CR D
Some stations aired it on this week because of the delay due to the Tsunami + Earthquake.
