I never really got into index or railgun, seemed like one of those ridiculously convoluted storylines that makes no sense if you try to explain it to anyone else, Index herself looked annoyingly moe, and I usually find myself annoyed by super-aggressive lesbian characters like Kuroko...but Mikoto looks like she scratches that tsundere itch I have, so maybe I'll try it out sometime.
As for the figure, well, I never liked the whole "shorts under skirts" thing in general, so hopefully if they're there they can be taken off. Well, this is just me talking though, I don't buy any of these and don't plan to start. These cost too much money and, although they're not there for romance, I do have women at my place fairly often and that'd be hard to explain.
Better my ass. Railgun anime is the equivalent to K-on series, except there is a futuristic city yet they don't do anything interesting besides pwning weaklings.
