You can't compare the value of anime to porn. Anime production takes a lot of people working overtime at near slave wages to produce unlike porn where it's just some guy with a camera video taping himself with some girl. It's animation after all.

Many anime DVD's, and especially Blu-rays, are about $1 per minute at the minimum, and are closer to $2.
