Kiddy anime Nintama Rantarō’s live action adaptation is attracting attention for the rather disturbing nature of its characters.
Although made in Japan, the adaptation is actually produced by none other than Warner Brothers Japan, and so may actually qualify as another Hollywood anime rape of sorts.
The main characters are ninja children – as no western release is likely, American audiences will at least be spared the otherwise inevitable shuriken-to-walkie-talkie transformation…

Come even there sunday morning anime are disturbing like corpses from kamen Kuuga and Agito(that why american skip to Ryuki(dragon knight) than to go to all those murder ark in those series)

No. Warner Brothers is not producing, they are distributing. Warner Brothers also distributed Goemon. Is that considered a Hollywood movie?

3 ninja kids (or something like that) by WB. It was awesome movie with a trilogy (i think) because it wasn't in the days of when everything was censored for every slight detail and it was basic beat the bad guys and get the cute girl.

at least they used children for the main characters and kept it from becoming like the terrifying fujoshi-targeted musical version. I have no idea why there are so many fujoshi attracted to this series.
