Charges of malpractice made against a man who gave schoolgirls coffee enemas without a license have been dropped.
Chiba police formerly arrested the man and his accomplices for giving coffee enemas to a number of female patrons, including several 14-year-old girls, at his clinic, as he had no medical qualifications of any sort.
However, police were subsequently forced to drop the charges due to a lack of evidence.
Just what sort of evidence they felt they required is not clear – the coffee in question, perhaps.
that’s pretty weird O_O
Wow what kind of evidence is required is not clear!?! How about any kind other than he said she said. LOL
Awesome! Queue Frank Zappa’s “The Illinois Enema Bandit”!
Something to expect from the police over there…
Alright, nothing to see here, move it along…
BTW, this was very entertaining while it lasted, this coffee enema tied incident…
Talk about a caffeine rush.
