He put all these artworks on his pixiv account, literally allowing everyone with a pixiv account to get it and save in their harddrives. Since anyone who knows Japanese or able to make good guesses can open an account, they're pretty much public domain material.
If there are artworks he didn't want us to see, chances are we can only see them in some hentai game or some shit, which you have to pay.
Unless of course, you're mocking how the Japs are trying to justify their xenophobia by generalizing all of us as leechers.

For example, the black girl cooking, but she isn't doing it completely naked... or the Asuka image with the towel.
