    I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED.

    They nailed pretty much every scene from the manga so far. I half-expected the popsicle scene to get cut, but they did it perfectly. That's the scene that made me keep reading the manga. "SHUUSUKE! I ALWAYS KNEW YOU'D DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!" oh god, lol...

    Oh god, at this rate, the scene with the twintails osananajimi on the school rooftop is going to LITERALLY KILL me, as I laugh myself into asphyxia.

    It's obviously stylized, but actually fairly realistic. Many Japanese girls that age really are that skinny. If you think it looks unnatural, it's because you've based your values on fatass American kids.

    Saying the character designs look fine is not the same as claiming they are anatomically correct. Virtually all anime/cartoon characters have somewhat distorted anatomy, it's just that this one distorts bits that most others don't. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

    Personally, I think OreImo is a bit overrated. Story wasn't anything special and it was a real shame that some of the side-characters (namely Manami and Kuroneko) were more interesting than the female lead herself who had no interesting quirks about her aside from her annoying personality with hints of badly done tsundere.

    In short, it was average. The last few episodes were good, especially since some emotional aspect was finally included, the rest was really unambitious.

    I hope for originality every time I start watching new anime, but it's pointless, I think. Golden age of good plots has ended the long time ago. Have You noticed how recent become remakes of old animes? That's the symptom of artistic degradation and it's really painful for me.

    It's revealed in the second or third chapter of the manga (which I read up to ch. 17 so far)

    Sorry to destroy your dreams, but that's not possible if both of the siblings have been in close contact with each other before 6 years of age - if they have, the Westermarck effect prevents either from being attracted to the other.

    If the elder sibling was at least 6 years older they could become attracted to their younger sibling though.
