    It all depends on the character development.

    There are plenty of manga based mcs who really grow over time, while the generated mcs for anime based on a game tend to the bland to say the least.

    I won't find out how this progresses though, couldn't make it past the udders in the credits.

    Are you kidding? He saw the "untouchable queen" completely humiliate her opponent, then ran up to her, hugged her and buried his face in her breasts. I don't think that constitutes being a wuss.

    There was plenty of guro in the episode though. Chests getting ripped open, throat cutting, limbs getting cut off, etc.

    And the fact that more than half of the female casts (including some of the main female casts) die a violent and bloody death.

    The manga was a guro fan's wet dream (i.e. ME) , so I expect the anime to be the same too!

    Yep, I read the manga and 2/3 is guro while the 1/3 is ecchi and the occasional drama/romance.

    Expect to see A LOT of dead schoolgirls and even beloved characters if you want in on the ride!

    Read the manga first, though, so it will prepare you to see them die.

    Think there was actually a quick glimpse of a girl with her leg ripped off already in ep 1, and a few other mutilations to iirc. Looks like a crappy anime though, the story seemed quite subpar, so far only first impression though.

    If the anime is going to follow the manhwa, then there is plenty of guro coming up. There scenes involving girls getting impaled (not sexually), Half of their torso getting blasted off, and much more.

    Personally though, I like how realistically the hazing is being portrayed (without the super powers and hot girls)

    In the first pic, the fourth girl in the left-center kinda reminds me of Tsukamoto Tenma.

    I heard an accent... Artifact were the va's Japanese? Some of the va's didn't sound japanese but not exactly American... For example the main male protagonist sounded Korean... maybe it was because he was making his voice sound younger than it was...

    this show is fucking awesome...the only bad thing I could find about it, was that it has 12 episodes :(

    but then again, the manga is at ch 36....who knows

    And in those twelve episodes, rest assured that the majority if the female characters get a glorious guro death like in the manga!

    One of the lead female chars did die in Vol. 6, or so I think if half your body gets blown off with your guts leaking out of the other while trying to save a friend from getting obliterated by a half-human half-nova fembitch.

    Man, I hope this gets a 2nd season if they do decide to end it somewhere around there, since I love my guro!

    Not true, nobody buys the farm prior to the Invasion Arc. Sure they get sliced up and what not, but all of them survive till then.

    He has written novels that have themes of rape and murder, and motherfucker even won a few awards thanks to them.
