i don't think that much would come out of a normal person, it's probably something else.

And yeah, bathroom accidents happen in places like these where you're forced to linger for hours. It is horrid, but it is reality. I went to one of these events in the 90's and one tactic is to purge yourself of heavy foods in the morning or the night before and then just sustain yourself through light liquids or energy drinks (not enough to piss your pants though).
This totally reminds me why I hate large gatherings.
And why I just resorted to buying stuff at a slightly more expensive rates for most doujinshi/games at specialty stores the week after Comiket. I guess you can slave yourself if you absolutely NEED the experience + save a few bucks + get a few freebies and rare goods.
I went to two days of Comiket and I'm an avid bathroom go-er. Still, I managed to go to the bathroom twice while waiting in line without pissing myself. The lineups for the bathrooms (women's) are hell though, especially inside, so I try not to go too often.
I think thats something all thought as first.

The "puddle" is light reflecting on the floor (the dark parts of the floor are shadow). You can see other (thin) streaks of light on the ground everywhere. The brown part could be anything, like hair or a wig.
Still pretty funny though.
I agree, the light part on the floor is just a small portion getting sunlight through the openings in the crowd. And as for the latter, if you look closely there's nothing strange about it: people have been assembled in large (8-10 persons wide) lines, you can see (first pic) straight openings between such lines in the upper right and bottom left too. That's the way Comiket staff keep people in tidy lines, otherwise you would risk a massive 100.000 people gridlock... anyway they always amuse me how they can accomplish this.
