A ranking of Japan’s best selling games of 2010 not only proves a major embarrassment to Sony, with not a single title on the PS3 making the list, but also manages to raise some depressing questions about the tastes of the Japanese gaming public…
The ranking, by Rank Ohkoku:

2. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd
3. New Super Mario Bros. Wii
4. Dragon Quest VI
5. Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2
6. Wii Party
7. Tomodachi Collection
8. Inazuma Eleven 3
9. Super Mario Galaxy 2
10. Wii Fit Plus
However, statistics for overall sales of all games seem to show the Wii with only a narrow lead over the PS3, with the PS3’s sales being dispersed over a much larger number of titles.
It should also be noted PS3 titles are generally more expensive (and several top selling Wii titles were actually older or budget priced), so the outlook for Nintendo is actually rather less favourable than it might at first appear.
That only a small minority of sales on the Wii are from non-Nintendo developers has also been pointed out as a sign of the platform’s weakness – not that it can have been called anything other than a massive success to date.
Should be retitled “Top 10 Best Selling Games of 2010 in Japan”

Best game:: Warhammer Online… I’m japanese and I know a good game when I play it.
I’ve tried alot of s♥♥t, but nothing keeps me from roaming the RVR lakes like a Tank/Healer/DPS/Mage
Having fun battling zergs or random party vs party or even a occasional 1v1 stealth gank.
Compared to Aion, this game has Skill and then some help from Gear.
The point of skill is, when to CC & When not to CC.
With the immunities, there is no.
Linked Disablities/Crowd Controls, if you fail to kill your target within 1 CC. Change to the Next CC-able target.
That is why its GOOD.

not surprise both Monster Hunter and Pokemon are at the top, i wonder what new additions will they add for the next handheld, Pokmeon 3D or Monster Hunter 4?(but i want a Monster Hunter game for the PS3 :D)
please make another ACE for the PS3 and also SRW for consoles(add all mecha’s including ACE and make a damn deal with konami to put ZOE in it, that would sell like hot cakes)
