A second season of top breast sucking fetish anime Seikon no Qwaser has been announced, in spite of the gibbering objections of Ishihara and his PTA cohorts.
The announcement is sparing in detail, but confirms that the anime will be a full TV season and that the cast (including Aya Hirano) will reprise their roles.
As the recent ban (which would probably make Qwaser unbroadcastable in Tokyo, the only location it was ever really broadcast in the first place) only comes into effect in July, it seems likely the anime will start and finish before then – although on many stations the anime was massacred to such an extent that it might actually have passed muster anyway.
So… Is this still on, or did the plan for a second season get cancelled?

Anyone know for sure when it starts?
It’ll probably start late January, that’s when the first season did…
Does anyone know when the first episode of the new season will be? If the ban goes into effect in July, one would have to assume that the season would be started and finished before then. Meaning the first episode would have to be some time soon right?…
