Police have issued a warning to the public after a man smiled at a schoolgirl.
Osaka police posted the following advisory of a suspicious person:
There was a case on 08:15, December 9th, where a little girl in Takatsuki City was walking to school when she walked past a man she did not know, who smiled slightly at her.
He is thought to be in thirties, and was wearing a black fleece, grey trousers, white laced sneakers and was carrying a blackish bag.

A similar advisory was recently issued by Osaka police after a man suggested to a group of children playing in the street late one afternoon that they move on – as the area was full of dodgy love hotels.
Heaven help the man who actually dares to speak to a schoolgirl; though fortunately for prospective schoolgirl predators, the teaching profession seems to offer near immunity to prosecution even for non-imaginary crimes.
I know japan’s trying to take after western culture and all, but taking after the lunacy that is neon color haired deranged that promote self loathing in men, and a complete psychological breakdown from their career choice women will only further serve to be a detriment to their already outstanding population crisis. Let this country be an example why “career first” is not always the prime model of choice to follow.

walks back okay so they kick to the groin is a good indication that you cant do that any more ill stick to smiling at kids maybe ill get a corner cell.
Gosh! this level of trying to keep the children safe is scary but I suppose it is slightly rationalized as 2 year olds are even getting raped in the middle of grocery stores nowadays(that happened just last week)

This has to be the stupidest ass thing I have ever heard by a long shot and I’m including every stupid ass thing I ever heard Bush or Sarah Palin say.
If I lived there I would demand reforms.
1 I would not want my tax dollars pissed away on s♥♥t like this and two it’s just fucking plain wrong.
I also demand the chief of police or who ever made the decision to start a man hunt over this promptly commit seppuku.
Really though I’d want him jibbed/ie disemboweled and forced to dance until he drops.
Was it a “I remember when I was that young” smile, an “I’m gettin’ me some o’ dat” smile, or “just remembered a funny joke” smile? A slight smile can mean anything. As far as anyone knows, it was just bad luck that brought this.
