I agree. Not a bad figure, but not great either. The expression doesn't really capture the Uiharu we all know and love.

Quality of Kotobukiya's figures are usually above average, but it is not in the same tier with the likes of Alter and Good Smile/Max Factory...but it is usally cheaper as well, so can't really complain.
Usually. Alter's version of her is only about 800 yen more... and better looking to boot.

Uiharu figure obviously sat in that chair when she saw Saten figure coming to avoid the skirt-flip.
Saten was a secondary character in Railgun.
She's also a level 0 and is not a part of any of the authority organizations, such as Anti-Skill or Judgment.
So basically, she's just... a normal person.
Complaining when someone like that is not in the anime in at least a secondary role is dumb. Why not complain about the lack of Ryouchou? Or the fact that Fukiyose has no relevance to the plot?

What a waste... (T.T) Such a brilliant figure, but ruined by the lack of a Judgement Armband... Thus I shall be going with Alter on this one.
Though that Saten figure + Level Upping (NOT IPHONE/IPOD TOUCH) music player is really tempting.
