I have to say that I'm rather glad about Japanese girls not focusing much on dress sense. I always thought they were obsessed with it (of course, this might simply indicate that the results of the survey are to be taken with a pinch of salt).

dressing badly in my opinion should not be in the list. "badly dressed" can mean different things to some girls and it boils down to not liking the guy's style. Unless he looks like a hobo and smells like one, then yeah....

one thing I learned while studying japanese is,that one word has multiple different meanings.
from a japanese dictionary:
キザとは、服装・言動・態度が気取っていて反感・不快感を与えること。
"kiza" means, that you are (acting) shy with your clothing, attitude and behaviour causing a dislike and discomfort... in short " being tight"
