Hey, it's not like she/he/it came out of the monitor and dragged you into a one-night-stand. We're looking at these pictures just to judge her/his/its cosplay accuracy/beauty by those pictures alone. It can be a man, but a pretty man is still pretty.
There are possibilities, though. In today's world, still images alone don't tell the whole story, so I understand your suspicion.

She's 100% real woman. Ask anyone who attended AFAX (like me) and saw her in flesh and you'll get the same answer. I won't deny that the pics have been photoshopped, even if only mildly, but she's damn hot even without any editing.
