Too-short skirts are just silly IMO. Ruins the fun aspect. It's (underwear/butt I mean)sexier when it's hidden and gives a rare glimpse, not when its constantly on show.
My favorite thing about the summer is that I don't have to wear so much clothing anymore. I have a strong tendency to fall down/trip over nothing/idiotically bend over without thinking, though, so even so I tend more towards "covering at least part of thighs" than just the butt, since... y'know, inadvertent panty shots.
