    I seriously doubt that MOST skeptics were on E3. And besides, its the same shit where they create a multiplayer focused game and throw in a token singleplayer mode, whereas statistics show that only about 15% of those who bought said games actually play it in multiplayer.

    Meh. As soon as I saw Kinect at work some time ago, I had immediately thought that, actually, there is no reason for ANY Kinect game not to take pictures and upload them to MS for various marketing reasons. For example, to judge their target audience. So, be careful with that thing.

    As I said, technically there is nothing preventing it from takind pics AND uploading them to MS while you play.

    Even if you consider the possibility of some nerd analizing the traffic and then suing MS, they can just cipher the data on the client's side, so it would be impossible to prove.

    Yup, they did.

    And they don't really manage to profit from most of what they do. They profit still stands on the OS and Office products, everything else performs mostly mediocre or worse.. probably because in most cases it is dog shit.
