I agree, a lot of these figure's are a miss when it comes to the face, but this one hit it dead on.
Which is why Alter and Good Smile x Max Factory are considered as the best PVC figure makers...they are in a whole different league from the other competitors.

The proportions look very nice. I haven't watched the series but the facial expression is very accurate to the detail. This might make me part slightly from my nendroid funds.

You could basically say that about the whole Anime really. Nothing about it was really original, but it was just well executed.
