To Aru Kagaku no Railgun’s Judgement member Uiharu has received a very cute figure rendition by Alter, due for release in February 2011.
Her lovely face, long skirt and cute pose are probably the main points of the figure.
Unfortunately, her unique “Thermal Hand” ability to maintain objects at a fixed temperature does not find its way into the figure. Fans will just have to console themselves with the view up her skirts…

We will probably get to know it when that scene with Uiharu getting tortured by Kakine shows up.
When she is almost tortured to death, there is bound to be some visual effect on the flowers, too.
Does this figure comes with flippable/detachable skirt / panties ?

Her skirt could be a bit higher up. Saten was sloppy.
Would be nice if there was an option to have a similar Saten figure flipping her skirt...
Don't forget to hope that the next Saten figure doesn't come with shorts just like the last OVA.
