As an artist I can confidently say that their faces are very much different from each other.
It's basically one girl, just customized to your liking. A damn good excuse for similar faces.
No, I just have an eye for detail. And there are obvious differences in their faces. It's easy to spot copy and paste face designs in anime and eroge, and this is not one of them.
