What's with the mysterious beams of opaque light covering absolutely nothing that needs to be censored, either because there's nothing there to begin with or something is already covering the goodies? If otaku continue falling for this crap, it will just keep getting worse until all broadcast anime is nothing but audio playing while alternating beams, blobs, and blocks of black and white sweep back and forth across the screen.
At that point, even if the show isn't ecchi they'll just make sure to slip in lots of lines that can be misunderstood to make it sound like the BD is going to contain some really sexy scenes, only for it to turn out to be completely innocent when all the complete idiots go out and buy them. Remember these words and just wait a couple more years...

Blatent nipple slips like these have always been DVD sale incentive, so they're either being extremely stupid to try and get some attention or being extremely lazy and won't revamp their product like good studios generally do.
Then again, it's Xebec, who threw quality out of the window with their kanokon style.
All the studio does now is pick up shows with terrible fanservice storylines and then make them look even worse, surviving purely on ero content alone, which is hilarious because even low budget hentai is generally better.
